GREEN SMOOTHIE

Refreshing blend of fruit and greens that is the perfect sweet drink, complete with alkalinizing and mineralization properties!

Lou’s Tip: Green smoothies are very beneficial because it allows us to get the satisfaction of a sweet drink combined with the alkalinizing and mineralization properties. This type of smoothie is packed with plenty of the essential fatty acids, amino acids and glucose the body requires in order to be lean, clean and serene. This smoothie will assist in building lean muscle and regenerates the organs, as well as providing the fuel the body needs to sustain high energy.

Ingredients

  • 1/2-1 Cup Almond Coconut Yogurt (or your preferred nut yogurt)
  • 1/2-1  Banana
  • 1 Bunch Spinach (cilantro, parsley, kale or any preferred green)
  • 1  Mango (or any tropical fruit)
  •  1-2  Coconuts (save water on the side and add while blending to your preferred smoothness)
  • Dash of  Salt
  • 2 heaping TBS Liyf Essentials

 

Preparation
Blend thoroughly until smooth
Serve
